1. What we provide
Florida Filed provides access to a processed copy of public records published by the Florida Division of Corporations, together with our own entity resolution and presentation. A paid subscription grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the paid pages for reference use inside their own business.
This is a digital product, delivered entirely as software. Access is self-serve and begins immediately on payment. We do not sell consulting, research services, done-for-you work, custom reports or any other human-delivered service, and no part of the subscription is fulfilled by a person. Support is limited to helping you use the product and to billing questions.
2. What the data is
Filings originate from the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. They are reported by the filing businesses themselves, and the state may amend or restate them. We do not warrant that any record is accurate, current or complete, and we are not the source of record.
The service is provided as is. It is not a credit rating, a valuation, an audit, or financial, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. In particular, do not rely on it alone to extend credit to, lend to, verify identity of, or transact with a business.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is by emailed link; there is no password. Keep access to your inbox secure, because whoever can read it can sign in as you. One subscription is for one person. Sharing your account or credentials, or reselling access, ends the subscription without refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Florida Filed only in ways permitted by these terms and by all applicable laws, including without limitation communications laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA, and the Florida Telemarketing Act) and data-protection laws (such as the GDPR). You will not use the service in any way that could harm, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
You will not attempt to bulk-scrape, mirror or copy the service, and you will not use automated tooling against the service beyond ordinary browsing.
We may suspend or end access if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these terms.
5. Payment
The subscription is $29 per month, in US dollars, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices may change, but not for a period you have already paid for; we give at least 30 days' notice by email before a renewal at a new price.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from your account. See the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service up and the data current, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and we are a small operation. If the service is unavailable for an extended period we will extend your subscription or refund the affected time on request.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, however caused.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, or for non-payment, and will refund any unused prepaid period unless the breach was sharing or reselling access.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date above always shows the current version.

Payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy LLC as Merchant of Record, which means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record on your invoice and handles tax.
