Data Source

All data comes from the Florida Division of Corporations, specifically their daily SFTP bulk data feed. This is the same data behind Sunbiz.org, processed into a more accessible format.

What's Included

• Business name and document number
• Entity type (LLC, Corp, LP, etc.)
• Filing date and status
• Principal address
• Registered agent name and address
• Officers/directors (names, titles, addresses)
• FEI/EIN when provided

Limitations

• No phone numbers or email addresses (not in the public record)
• Data is as accurate as the state's records
• Historical data is limited to ~30 days
