Florida Filed is a search and monitoring tool for the Florida Department of State's business-registration filings. It indexes what the state publishes and adds features the state's own lookup doesn't offer: faster search, entity resolution, de-duplication, filtering, and a browsable recent history.

What the tool does

• Daily refresh from the state's official SFTP feed

How it differs from the state's own lookup

The state's public lookup is a form-based system that returns one entity at a time, without search filters, without a history view, and without any way to see what has just been filed. This tool is a software layer on top: same underlying public records, packaged for people who use them for a living.
